The secret of Secret Scoop
In 2012, Funn Fisher started creating new gelato recipes from her love of ice cream and Thai ingredients, back in her childhood kitchen in Bangkok, Thailand. In 2017, she designed her own shop in Downtown Berkeley and opened in March 2017.
You'll find not only gelato and sorbet in the shop, but also Thai street desserts and drinks. All menu items are made small-batch in her shop.
Funn is also a flight volunteer for the Soi Dog Organization, which helps street dogs in Thailand find a loving home overseas. She donates part of her business revenue monthly to the organization.
